    Early Life and Education

    Pastor Bradley Liebe hails from Waupaca, Wisconsin. He embarked on his higher education journey at North Central University in Minneapolis, where he honed his leadership skills and ignited his lifelong passion for aiding people and cultivating strong teams.

    Beginning of Ministry Work

    His professional career commenced in Fort Myers, Florida, where he served as the Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 until November 2000. During this period, Liebe was pivotal in organizing weekly events to foster personal and spiritual growth among students. He was central in creating programs and activities that enriched many young lives. Moreover, he managed large-scale events across the U.S. and internationally, attracting hundreds to thousands of attendees, further allowing him to mentor and guide young individuals toward their full potential.

    Expanding Ministry to Europe

    In December 2000, Bradley took a significant step by relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark. There, he assumed the position of Executive Director at a faith-based technical college, spearheading its launch and rapidly achieving a complete enrollment of 50 international students. His efforts also led to the successful fundraising of $2 million to establish and sustain the college. His responsibilities included curriculum development and the comprehensive management of the college’s day-to-day operations and finances.

    Leadership Growth in Fort Myers

    Liebe returned to the United States in January 2003, taking on the role of Assistant Senior Pastor at a church in Fort Myers. Over the following five years, he significantly contributed to the church's growth, which saw an increase in attendance and expanded its reach from one to five regional campuses. His oversight of a significant construction project added a 45,000-square-foot facility to the church, completed under budget and on schedule. He also updated the church’s technological systems to enhance communication capabilities, including live streaming of services.

    Leading Pathways Church

    In January 2009, Bradley assumed leadership of Pathways Church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his guidance, the church saw a remarkable increase in attendance and financial contributions, growing 500%. He successfully managed a $400,000 budget deficit, turning it into a surplus within his first year. His strategic financial management and operational oversight significantly contributed to the church's success and efficiency.

    Transition to Financial Services

    Transitioning his career focus in 2013, Liebe became the President of KK&B Financial Services for Seniors. He has spent over a decade in this role, helping seniors achieve their financial goals and secure their retirements with tailored independent financial advice.

    Professional Speaking and Coaching

    Since 2008, Bradley has been a professional speaker and coach with Rick Olson Seminars. He delivers seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and managing change, offering practical and engaging content that draws on his extensive real-life experience.

    Role at Peoples Church

    In January 2014, Liebe joined Peoples Church as the Executive Pastor and COO, managing various ministries and operational aspects of the church. His leadership is focused on guiding the community to connect with and participate in God’s redemptive story, strongly emphasizing loving God, loving others, and embracing community values.
